CONTRACTS Mr. Shuck advises business owners and other clients with respect to contracts with customers, third parties, and employees and others. The firm drafts contracts for clients and provides advice to clients regarding modifications they should seek with respect to contracts that have been presented to them. The firm also advises landlords as to issues involving leases with commercial and residential tenants. See section on “Real Estate.” |
