SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS Mr. Shuck currently represents the Wyoming Office of Medicaid and advises the Office of Medicaid with respect to special needs trusts and other issues. Because Mr. Shuck is currently representing the Office of Medicaid, he does not represent private clients in creating special needs trusts. However, Mr. Shuck does serve as a resource for local attorneys on behalf of the Office of Medicaid to help to avoid problems that can arise in the future related to special needs trusts and eligibility for public assistance. |
